New horror series The Haunting of Hill House is coming to Netflix this week.
All episodes will drop on the streaming site on Friday, October 12.
The series follows five siblings who grew up in the most famous haunted house in America. Now adults, they’re reunited by the suicide of their youngest sister, which forces them to finally confront the ghosts of their own pasts.

The Haunting of Hill House is centred around the fictional Hill House – the most famous haunted house in America.
The series is based on the 1959 novel of the same name by Shirley Jackson.
It is considered one of the best literary ghost stories of the 20th century, according to author Stephen King.
In the book, Hill House is an eighty-year-old mansion in a location that is never specified but is in between many hills.
It has been already adapted into two films both called The Haunting.
The first came out in 1963 and the second in 1999.
Where is The Haunting of Hill House filmed?
The Netflix adaptation of The Haunting of Hill House was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia.
According to Atlas of Wonders, exteriors of the Hill House were shot at the Bisham Manor in LaGrange.
The property is an impressive 1920’s English Tudor-style mansion.
It is usually used for weddings and other such functions.
The house is surrounded by gardens that border a lake called West Point Lake.
Interiors were filmed at Screen Gem Studios in Atlanta.
Game of Throne star Michiel Huisman leads the cast as Steven Crain.
He is joined by Carla Gugino as Olivia and Victoria Pedretti as Nell Crain.
