Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes left shocked after Kev the male witch does THIS

To mark Friday the 13th the ITV programme invited male witch Kevin Carlyon in to talk about his magic and what sort of spells he was contacted for.

However, things took a turn when Kevin suddenly got up and cast a spell on Ruth, 57, after she asked for help to move up the Strictly Come Dancing leaderboard.

As the interview with Kevin started to draw to a close, Kevin told the presenting duo: “Let me do something.”

“Yes, Kev,” Eamonn, 57, replied as the male witch approached Ruth and looked down intensely at her.

Kevin then started yelling and held out his hands: “May it be done. You come up the leaderboard… Let it be done” as Ruth looked concerned.

“Oooo crikey!” exclaimed Ruth once Kevin had finished his spell, while Eamonn appeared to have a shiver go down his spine.

Eamonn went onto cryptically ask Kevin if he could have “a word” with him later about putting a spell on tough judge Craig Revel Horwood.

Earlier on in the segment, Ruth was instructed to ride a broomstick and jump up and down to help improved her Strictly Come Dancing scores.

The scenes follow on from an awkward interview with Oscar winner Christoph Waltz who was asked about his thoughts on the Harvey Weinstein controversy rocking Hollywood.

This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am.
