The bride wore a dress designed by Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos, opting to show her back and her scoliosis surgery scar.
A number of famous faces were spotted at the wedding including Demi Moore, Naomi Campbell and Cara Delevingne.
The official photographs have since been revealed including members of the Royal Family.
The images, taken in the White Drawing Room at Windsor Castle, featured both the bride and groom’s families in it.
Jack’s brother and best man Thomas Brooksbank joined his parents Nicola and George Brooksbank.
Eugenie’s parents Sarah Duchess of York and the Duke of York joined her sister Beatrice, as well as her grandparents Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.
The bridesmaids and page boys sat across the front, with Prince George, Princess Charlotte joining Eugenie’s goddaughter Maud Windsor, Robbie Williams daughter Theodora Williams and Louis de Givenchy, as well as Savannah Phillips.
A separate photograph featured just the bridesmaids and page boys, with Prince George giving a cheeky smile as he sat next to his sister.
The images also revealed the detail of her wedding dress which had a jacquard effect down the train.
Designers Mr Pilotto and Mr De Vos described the design as a “garland of rope-like motifs, woven into a jacquard of silk, cotton and viscose blend”.
This included a thistle, symbolising Balmoral, a shamrock, symboling The Ferguson family as well as the York rose and ivy from their home Ivy Cottage.
The couple also released a romantic image of the pair of them kissing in their carriage as they left the castle.
Princess Eugenie changed into a very glamorous gown for her evening event, designed by Zac Posen.
The champagne gown nipped in her waist with long sleeves and pleating detail.
In the picture, Eugenie is smiling at Jack as they walked through the Royal Lodge at Windsor.
The colour, described as the “blush of an English rose” was to signify the White Rose of York.
Zan Posen joined Demi Moore to the wedding as they attended the ceremony together.
The US designer is not often worn by the Royal Family, although Meghan Markle wore his designs during her time on TV show Suits.
