Holly Willoughby and her giggly co-host collapsed in hysterics after Danish author Meik Wiking’s joke got lost in translation.
After Phillip Schofield, 55, delivered his best Scandinavian accent, Miek teased: “You’ve been watching a lot of Bohan.”
“A lot of what?” Holly, 36, gasped, slyly turning to Phillip and asking: “What did he say?”
“I don’t know,” Phillip whispered. “I didn’t want to ask him.”
Meik shouted through the This Morning studio: “A lot of Bohan! The Danish who about the parliament.”
Holly chuckled: “I thought you said…,” before Phillip abruptly silenced the mother-of-three.
“So did I,” he yelled, frantically waving his hands. “Who thought it was going to go there?”
Holly’s latest fit of laughter comes after she opened about the prospect of leaving This Morning.
“I don’t like to think about that,” she told OK! Magazine. “I sometimes think we’re all guilty of rushing ahead in our lives and thinking, ‘What’s next?’ As opposed to appreciating what we have.
“At the moment I’m really enjoying it so I’ll continue until I don’t any more.”
This Morning airs weekdays at 10.30am.
