Meghan Markle and Harry in pictures: Meghan beams as she arrives in Australia for royal to

Meghan Markle beamed as she arrived at Sydney airport to begin her to much-anticipated royal tour.

The 37-year-old former actress and her husband Prince Harry, 34, will tour Australia, Fiji, the Kingdom of Tonga, and New Zealand over the next two weeks.

The royal couple announced today that they are expecting their first child in Spring.

On Friday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex hopped on a plane and flew to the other side of the world after attending the wedding of Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie.

The princess, 28, married her long-term boyfriend Jack Brooksbank in a lavish ceremony at Windsor Castle, where Harry and Meghan famously married in May.

Carrying a purple folder in her arms, the Duchess animatedly smiled for the cameras as she made her way to a waiting car outside the airport.

The royal couple will take up residence at Admiralty House in Sydney during their Royal tour of Australia.

The Victorian Regency property is the official residence of the Governor-General of Australia and boasts stunning views of Sydney Harbour and the iconic Opera House.

Holding hands with Harry, she was pictured wearing a black roll-neck jumper and matching skinny jeans.

Keeping the Spring chilly air at bay Meghan donned a navy coat with maroon lapel and cuffs.

She paired the outfit with shoes by Sarah Flint – the Jay Pump 85 which retail for £301.

Wearing her hair down in a centre parting, the young royal could be seen tucking her tresses behind her ears.

Harry and Meghan will visit several of the Queen’s new Commonwealth Canopy projects and attend the Sydney 2018 Invictus Games.
