Love Island 2018: Jack Fowler SLAMS Georgia Steel over THAT kiss ‘truth always prevails’

One of the moments that will go down in 2018 history will be Jack’s kiss with “loyal” Georgia.

While the pair clashed over who initiated the kiss, it was later revealed the scene was filmed twice before the kiss backlash swept the villa.

Upon leaving tonight, Jack said: “As soon as I got back from the date, I told original Laura exactly what happened.

“It was a bit frustrating because there were certain people in the villa who didn’t believe me.

“Ultimately, all I cared about was that Laura believed the truth and she believed me from the outset.”

Jack told how he was only concerned for Laura and her happiness at the time.

He continued: “It was frustrating but I knew in myself what happened and for me that was enough.

“As long as me and original Laura, who I was coupled with at the time, was happy, that was all that mattered to me.”(sic)

Georgia appeared on Good Morning Britain with Sam Bird earlier this week where they made their romance official.

Sam turned to his love interest and said: “Obviously we’re been through a lot, both inside the villa and outside the villa and we’ve going to be living together.

“So I wanted to know if you’d be my girlfriend?”

A delighted Georgia replied: “Of course!”

Georgia also made an appearance on This Morning where she made a surprising admission about genuine couples in the villa.

Talking about Dani, Georgia said: “Well obviously Dani was my best girl in there 100 per cent, me and her got on so well and there were times when I don’t know what I would’ve done without Dani in there.

“I do miss her, I think about her all the time and I think for you [Sam]…”

Sam then chimed in: “Jack’s my best mate in there as well.”

Host Ruth Langsford went on to ask who Georgia believed could win the show.

Georgia replied: “I’d like to think Alex [George] and Alexandra [Cane] because Alex was also one of my best friends in there.”

2018 continues tomorrow on 2 at 9pm.
