There were five rounds in total and in each one the pair were presented with a jungle takeaway.
Not stopping at the starter course, there were 11 different meals to face with the duo winning a star for each dish that they finished.
However, despite Sair pulling off the impressive feat that left hosts Holly Willoughby and Dec Donnelly gagging, Sair was dealt a devastating blow at her chance of winning the show.
The Coronation Street star is now the favourite to leave the reality competition first, with Malique not too far behind.
Betway’s Alan Alger exclusively told Express.co.uk: “Sair Khan has been the favourite to go first since the opening night of I’m A Celeb and she remains a firm 11/8 favourite to leave camp.
“It wouldn’t be a total shock to see her hang in there a bit longer though, as a few bets have landed on Malique Thompson-Dwyer this week and he’s next in the elimination betting at just 9/4.”
Rita Simons follows closely behind Sair and Malique with odds placed at 5/1.
The rest of the camp can rest easy for the time being, with every other celebrity at 12/1 or bigger.
Holly and Dec struggled to watch Sair and Malique during tonight’s eating Trial.
The moment that caused most of a stir was when Sair opened her box to find Chicken Teat-A-Masala, which Dec informed viewers was a cow’s teat.
Sair picked up the teat and sucked it into her mouth before eating it in one go as Holly and Dec collapsed in hysterics.
During one round of the game, Sair opened her box called Bunion Rings to find a camel’s foot.
While Sair was shocked by the size, Malique asked: “Does she have to eat the hairy bit?”
Dec and Holly said no, with Malique noting: “I had to, why can’t she?”
“Sair turned to Malique and snapped: “Malique! We’re in this together.”
Sair struggled to eat it as it was meaty and full of gristle, with Dec burping as he watched and said: “It’s making me go.”
Holly was clearly disgusted by the smell and turned to him and huffed: “Are you serious?!”
It comes after DIY SOS presenter Nick Knowles crept up on Harry Redknapp’s chance at the jungle crown after he backed into 5/2 from 5/1 according to Betway.
Betway’s Alan Alger told Express.co.uk: “Harry Redknapp looked to have taken a firm grip on the I’m A Celeb betting over the weekend, but Nick Knowles has been the best backed in the last 24 hours and looks a genuine challenger.
“Knowles has gone from being a quietly-fancied 5/1 shot to the gamble of the week at 5/2 and any further support could see him take Harry’s place as favourite for the jungle crown.
“Redknapp remains 10/11 to go all the way but was as short as 4/7 after Sunday night’s show, while Emily Atack heads up the chances of the female campmates at 11/2.”
