A preview of the task shows the pair squealing in terror as 50,000 cockroaches, 25,000 crickets and 20 kilos of mealworms are chucked on top of them.

As bugs crawled across her mouth, Rebekah claimed that this was the most “brutal” trial to date.

Rebekah raged: “If my husband’s voted me to do this, he is so dead!”

Married to Leicester and England footballer Jamie Vardy, this isn’t the first time Rebekah has warned her husband against voting.

Last week Rebekah managed to win nine stars alongside Made In Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo in this first eating challenge of the series.

Striker Jamie later admitted that he had voted for his wife to take part in the trial five times, despite her numerous warnings.

Jamie posted a snap of Rebekah online, telling his followers: “Bex’s face when she finds out that I voted for her 5 times on the app to do the eating trial.

“Sorry babe just wanted everyone to see that you’re fearless and you proved me right.”

The task is expected to step up a notch in tonight’s episode as the pair will later face spiders and rats.

continues tonight on at 9pm.
