Fortnite Toxic Trooper skin added to item shop ahead of Epic Games changes

For anyone looking for a new outfit, Epic Games just added a new Fortnite Toxic Trooper skin to the item shop.

The official social media feeds for the Battle Royale game confirmed the news, while also revealing that a total of two variants can be found.

The Toxic Trooper skin can be found in-game and costs 1,500 V-Bucks to add to your collection.

There’s also the Hazard Agent, with both outfits sharing the same rough design.

This is the latest Battle Royale design to be launched by Epic Games in recent days and was one of a number of skins that leaked earlier this month.

Players can also buy the Autocleave axe from the shop for 800 V-Bucks, with the meltdown glider completing the detox look for 500 V-Bucks.

These new designs have popped up before the launch of the new Week 8 challenges, which are expected to drop on Thursday, June 21.

Several of those new tasks have leaked online, although Epic Games haven’t shared all of them quite yet.

These latest challenges leaked early via a recent datamine effort, although the development team have managed to keep a few a secret.

Expect more news to drop on the subject in the coming day, with more datamining efforts expected.

Fans are also waiting to see what will happen with the Fortnite rocket launch, which recently saw its countdown pushed back.

The original countdown found on the Nintendo Switch pointed to something happening earlier this week.

However, this has now been replaced by another countdown, which can be found on the PS4.

It’s unclear if this will be the last one before something big happens, or if fans can expect another to appear on the Xbox One, and then the PC.
