One of the new Week 2 battle pass tasks offers a scavenger hunt to complete, with players instructed to play sheet music on pianos found on the map.
Playing the sheet music in Fortnite is the first part of the quest, with Epic Games refining it slightly from last season.
In season 6, players had to find the Sheet Music in Pleasant Park before they could play it on the pianos.
However, this time Fortnite fans just need to find the pianos, as the sheet music is already available at the locations.
Because of these changes, Fortnite fans should know that there are only two parts to this challenge, which will reward them when completed with a Battle Star worth XP.
From what has been posted online, players will want to complete each stage of this challenge in different matches.
However, this also means finishing the match by dying or earning a Victory Royale against other players.
PLAYING PLEASANT PARK SHEET MUSIC
Unlike in the past, playing the Pleasant Park sheet music is the first part of the challenge and the easiest part when you know where to look.
Fans will want to head over to the B3 map grid to find the first big piano that needs to be played.
Players will need to scale the mountain west of Pleasant Park to reach the piano, which will probably be a pretty popular spot.
To play the music, you have to step onto the keys in the right order otherwise it won’t count.
Fortnite fans need to play E, G, C, D, and E and the piano will play the rest of the tune.
After this, you can move onto the second part of the quest, which means relocating to the Lonely Lodge area of the map.
PLAYING THE LONELY LODGE PIANO
The Lonely Lodge piano will be your next port of call in this Fortnite Season 7 Week 2 Challenge.
This will mean heading over to the J5 Map grid location, where the piano can be found.
It’s just north of the abandoned hero mansion, making it a little easier to spot among the trees.
It’s situated on a cliff near the ocean and includes a slightly longer list of notes that need to be played.
Playing the right notes is key, which are currently listed as C, C, C, F, F, F, E, F, G, A, A#, G, and A.
If you manage to pull this off you will hear the notes played back to you with the correct pace.
After completing both tasks, the player will be rewarded with a new battle star that adds XP to your Battle Pass.
It should also be noted that this is an exclusive Battle Pass Challenge, meaning you can only complete it if you have paid for a season 7 battle pass.
