Emmerdale spoilers: Rebecca White to expose Lachlan as she wakes up from coma?

In the coming episodes of Emmerdale, Rebecca (played by Emily Head) will attempt to recover her memory after she wakes up from a coma.

The mother-of-one has been on a life support machine since her nephew Lachlan (Thomas Atkinson) crashed the White’s family car, killing both Chrissie and Lawrence White.

Now, newly released images show that Rebecca will wake up from the coma and head to Home Farm to try to remember what happened on the day of the crash.

Her willingness to discover the truth will terrify Lachlan, who recently attempted to kill his aunt to protect his secret.

Last week, after attending the funeral service for Chrissie and Lawrence, Lachlan rushed to the hospital to murder his aunt.

Standing beside a comatose Rebecca, he told her that he would not allow her to ruin his relationship with on-off girlfriend Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper), before squeezing her breathing tubes.

The monitors on her life support machine immediately started to go off and Rebecca began to seize up.

However, Lachlan didn’t go through with the killing and later Belle found him crying outside the room.

Meanwhile, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) will plot against Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) after the billionaire businessman demolished the Wishing Well Cottage.

A cunning Cain, will buy cocaine from Simon McManus (Liam Ainsworth) and offer him even more money to plant the drugs at Joe’s party.

Simon agrees to do the job but there are fears Graham Foster (Andrew Scarborough) is secretly watching the entire exchange.

Meanwhile, Debbie (Charley Webb) is left fuming when her plans with Simon fails and he returns to see her with a battered face.

The fierce Dingle is shocked when bruised Simon turns up at the garage without successfully completing the job.

Things quickly go south when Simon grabs Debbie after she refuses to give him his money.

Debbie has been planning her revenge on Joe for sometime after he revealed his plans to destroy her family because he thought her mother Charity (Emma Atkins) killed his father.

Emmerdale continues tomorrow at 7pm on ITV.
