Emmerdale spoilers: Aaron Dingle and Ellis TEAM-UP over dangerous Billy Fletcher plot?

Emmerdale delivered an epic wedding day for Jessie (played by Sandra Marvin) and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) complete with plenty of drama and blunders tonight.

Things started off awkward, with Marlon late to his own wedding after a monsterous hangover with his cousin Sam Dingle (James Hooton).

And while Marlon had the shock of his life finding out Jessie had planned the day as a surprise, the pair tied the knot in the one of the most emotional scenes for the ITV soap.

Both Jessie and Marlon finally got to relax as their live steel band got into a rhythm for a Caribbean-style reception, when Billy suddenly showed up to support his mother.

Fans had been convinced Billy was set to get out of prison in the new year, but in another completely unexpected twist, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) was horrified to see the man he knew right in front of him.

“Billy? That’s my son!” a delighted Jessie cried, as Aaron and his husband Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) turned to see the commotion.

“What? This can’t be happening,” Aaron said to his partner.

“What you know him?” Robert asked, taken-aback.

“Yeah I know him,” Aaron said gravely. “He’s Billy Fletcher.

“He’s one of the scumbags that made my life hell in prison.”

As rage seemed to course through him, Aaron lunged forward as if to start a fight with the familiar face, but luckily Robert stopped him in time.

“Wait what are you doing? It’s Marlon’s wedding day!” Robert warned, clearly panicking about his husband’s state of mind.

Aaron could have a hellish time on the soap ahead, especially now Billy is officially part of his family.

But one fan predicted the reason Ellis (Asan N’Jie) has been circling closer to Aaron is so the pair can team up in a plot to take down Billy.

Will they get their revenge? Or will Jessie go to all lengths to protect her beloved son?

“And that’s why Ellis was placed at the scrapyard close to Aaron,” the viewer wrote. “Interesting twist, I like it.

“Can’t wait to see what the Aaron/Billy/Ellis dynamic will be. #Robron #Emmerdale.”

“Aw wow knew Billy had some connection to Aaron – his worst nightmare after putting the past in the past,” another viewer shared. “He best not cause him any harm cause this time he has Robert in his corner #robron #Emmerdale.”

A third posted: “@DannyBMiller OMG Billy’s actually one of Aaron’s Prison Bullies & their now kinda sorta family seriously? #Emmerdale.”

Emmerdale continues tomorrow at 7pm on ITV.
