Mick (played by Danny Dyer) is in prison after Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ) awoke from a coma after being shot inside the Albert Square pub and informed detectives that Mick was the one to shoot him.
DI Peter Arthurs (Ian Burfield) arrested Mick for the attempted murder of Stuart, with the pub landlord thrown into a cell.
Stuart has many friends on the inside and has been causing huge stress for Mick by making sure trouble is caused for him while inside.
New spoiler photos reveal Mick with a crowbar swinging above his head at a remote location.
Stuart can be seen tied up with his mouth covered and a gash to his face leaving him covered in blood.
Could this be the end for Stuart and do these pictures prove Mick will be the character to end it all?
Mick was also spotted bundling a beaten up Stuart into the boot of Stuart’s BMW.
Bound and gagged, Mick will take him on a cross country ride at full speed and end up at a disused industrial site.
He will then be seen to spin the car to a halt before reversing at speed into a full skip while Stuart is in the boot.
Mick almost knocks himself out in the process, before pulling Stuart out of the boot and battering him with a crowbar.
Moments later, Mick will realise what he has done and puts his head in his hands wondering what he has just done.
These are the last scenes actor Danny will be shooting before taking time off the soap.
An EastEnders source told The Sun: “Danny will need to take at least a month and a half away from the soap.
“He needs to spend a considerable amount of time in rehearsals and on stage so it only makes sense to give him a break from filming.
“He’s a huge part of the show and viewers love him so obviously nobody wants to see him away for too long.
“But this is something he’s really passionate about.”
It comes after Mick’s wife Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) was questioning her husband’s honesty and stormed round to see Stuart and demanded to hear the truth from his lips, rather than from Mick, or a solicitor.
Stuart was keeping to his story that Mick shot him, telling Linda he saw Mick point the gun at him, believing it to all be a joke.
Linda revealed she wasn’t sure who to believe, something Stuart was clearly thriving off of.
Stuart then told Linda how he has known Mick for Linda, with her husband not being the man she thinks he is.
