Celebrity Big Brother 2018: India Willoughby sends fans into meltdown over first eviction

The transgender newsreader failed to impress viewers when she caused drama in the first week in the house, which saw her come to blows with Amanda Barrie when they clashed over gender.

And it seems her recent attempts to win over fans of the show fell flat as viewers chose to save Love Island star Jonny Mitchell.

Following host Emma Willis’ announcement that India had been evicted, Twitter was sent into meltdown, with viewers expressing their delight that she’d been booted out.

“Ooh India’s out, no surprise there. #CBB,” one viewer shared while another added: “YESSSSSS GOODBYE INDIA #CBB.”

A third continued: “Yeesssssss #cbb Right decision,” as someone else wrote: “YESSS BYE INDIA #CBB.”

In her exit interview, India admitted that she “c**ked it up” early on in the competition and “had so much more to offer”.

She went on to add that she was “expecting punch-ups” and was “psyched up to have confrontations and cause a little bit of trouble”.

India confessed that she wanted to “cause some mischief but it didn’t go down very well”.

She added that Shane J has been “terrific” and that they had a “lovely conversation” about gender before noting that she hopes they stay friends.

Tonight’s eviction came after a drama-filled episode, which saw

The 69-year-old was in the bathroom with the ladies when he dropped his towel and showcased his private parts.

While fans of the Channel 5 reality series had been warned that their would be full-frontal nudity, many viewers were still shocked.

“Omg seeing Wayne Sleep’s flacid penis on my TV screen was not something I was mentally prepared for #CBB,” one fan tweeted.

As another added: “The last thing I need to see on a Friday night is wayne sleep’s penis #CBB.”
